Hi Kathy . Thank you for following up .We are having so much fun with Quinn, that we have not had time to get back to you. She is a ball of energy and she has brought a lot of love and excitement in our family. She loves to run and we have a marathoner in the family,so they are both in good shape. Our other dog Java has become more accepting of Quinn and they get along fine. Thank you. Georgette.

Hannibal

Thank you for contacting me. The adoptive dog’s name was “Hannibal” he was called Hannie—we named him Danny. He is extremely attached to me and vice versa. What a wonderful dog, very sweet boy. Found out the hard way he was not house broken so we had to work on that & he is so smart, he has caught on very well. I will be contacting you again when my 16-year old Corgi passes for another rescue dog (approval of my husband, of course). In the meantime, I have attached a picture. Also, my daughter found a stray cat, if you could possibly tell me if you have room for another cat that would be great (she does not want to bring it to a kill shelter and she cannot keep it as her dog does not like cats). Thanks again. P.S. I tried to find you guys at Pet-a-palooza, but we had the grandkids & the dog & it was a little hectic.

Bobi

I adopted Bobi Sept 1st...and I must say he has been a joy. His playful ways and humility are pleasant attributes to his character. I must say - he still has the shelter mentality when it comes to eating. I have him on a strict schedule..and he inhales his food at every feeding. I purchased a slow feeder bowl by Martha Stewart & Co..My precious Bobi navigates his little nose thru the slow feeder to eat his food from what used to be 1 minute to now almost 2 minutes...we just laugh - because he loves to eat and there is a hearty belch afterwards. He is so faithful and I was so happy when he received his first grooming after the neutering...he looked brand new. I truly enjoy Bobi and his quick learning of commands. We love to play with him when he has his toys because he becomes both excited and protective; as we get a friendly nibble on our hand when we try and take his rope or squeaky toy away from him. I wouldn't change Bobi for anything. He has truly adjusted well and when I get home and see his little head poking out through the blinds, it fills me with joy...if not, I can always count on him being upstairs and running downstairs with the turn of my key. He is great and I am so blessed to have adopted him when I did. I have no children - so I do tend to shop for Bobi everytime I go out. My husband thinks its a bit over the top...but who cares...he deserves it all. :-) I will be sure to follow-up with a picture Thanks again for making this process pleasantly easy and rewarding Keep up the awesome job you're doing for these animals who deserve owners as well as homes filled with love Thankfully Sandy Morgan

Calypso

Hi, I have actually renamed her Colbie. She's doing really well, just the usual kitten stuff. She's a darling, always purring and meowing- very loud if I may add! She loves cuddling and being adorable and has, I don't know..maybe twenty toys now. Every time I walk into the pet store, I tend to buy her more! Funny thing is, she plays with everything that isn't a toy- from straws to paper balls to toothpicks! She is full of personality, very affectionate, and follows me everywhere I go- and if she can't she gets upset and meows! She even goes as far as to sit on the ledge of the bathtub when I'm showering! Anywho, that's all for now :) please let me know that you received this email!

Macho

Hi! Just wanted to follow-up with you on Macho's (knew name Kobe) progress here at home! He is doing fabulous and is just such a good dog that has adjusted amazingly! He is growing SO fast and is already 10 lbs!! He is doing great with his 'potty training' and has very few accidents inside =) Kobe loves to go on walks with us at night and LOVES all of his millions of toys! (Definitely love to spoil him) He is so funny and makes us laugh EVERY single day when he chases tail or runs around outside doing his extremely fast laps around the yard...haha! Kobe loves to watch football with his Mommy and even has his own shirt/jersey to support our favorite team =) I can't thank you enough for allowing us to bring Kobe into our home and becoming a part of our little family!! We love him SO much and looking forward to many more years with our little baby!! Attached are some of my favorite pics of our little man! Thank you again! Lindsay Rodrigues
