Shorty after being adopted, three years ago, Pumpkin was diagnosed with Meta-Esophagus, a condition which makes a dog regurgitate during digestion, if not properly managed. 

 

JBAR has supported Pumpkin and her family through the years, specifically by getting this custom Bailey Chair made for her last year, so she can eat sitting up. Other ways this can be managed is walks after small broken up meals, throughout the day. 

 

Sadly, this wasn't manageable for her family anymore, but thanks to a special needs Pekingese loving foster mom, we were able to take back Pumpkin and get her back on track. 

 

Pumpkin is now on a schedule, which is making her very happy, and pretty much close to perfect again... and she is almost ready for a patient family, who will accept and love her forever!
