Tuli is absolutely amazing! He is deaf, but that makes him even more amazing. He does not jump at sudden noises and happens to LIKE the vacuum. He plays in water and will sit behind you and wait his turn for attention. He loves to play and loves all animals. He would be best with other animals in the home for them to "take the lead."
