Sunshine is our dog of the day and she NEEDS you to help Network her for a home! A rescue from Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, Sunshine is a great dog with a beautiful smile that just wants a person to call her own.  Sunshine is a survivor, with her head still bleeding she actually approached someone, who happened to be a rescuer, on the street and self advocated. It seeed that she must have been hit with blunt force, but she has since healed. 

Sunshine loves to run in the yard, but she's also really great on a leash. Even off the leash in her foster home’s fenced in yard, she’s a great listener. Her favorite treat is peanut butter and her favorite activity is sitting with someone on the couch to cuddle. If you want a companion to watch TV with, Sunshine would be perfect. She is housebroken, crate trained, and knows simple commands like sit and shake. She’s also great when you’re giving her a bath. 

No cats please. Dogs, we’ll have to introduce them and see.
